JAMMU, NOVEMBER 29: “The first phase of maiden by-elections to vacant seats of Panchayat level bodies has recorded 64 percent and 57 percent polling turnout here on Saturday”, knowledgeable State Election Commissioner, Ok.Ok Sharma.
